Simple Real Estate Syndication
The objective of this specification is to create a lightweight, robust, and easily implemented data definition and communication mechanism. The intended focus of this is to be used with syndicating advertising data sets between one or many End-points. It can also be used as a simplified replacement for the methods typically called "IDX" in the Real Estate industry.
Due to its limit data set, it should not be confused with the full RETS query mechanism, payload, or update specifications.
