The Messenger system consists of the integration of 3 main software components. These components are a listings website, the Asterisk Software PBX, and the XUB software. The XUB and Asterisk software may be downloaded by following the links given below by the component installation instructions.
The installation of the technology requires the following steps:

Procure the PBX hardware.

Install the appropriate version of the Linux operating system.

Install and configure the Asterisk PBX software.

Test Asterisk install.

Install and configure the XUB software.

Modify listing site to post a URL of the following form: PBX_ADDRESS?phone=NUMBER& message=MESSAGE_TEXT.
This format will signal the Messenger system to read the given message text to the number given. |
